Joe Fockler

My work experience includes 12 years as the pastor of St. Stephen’s Anglican Church in Montrose and 7 years as a Fatherhood mentor/coach working out of Montrose County Health and Human Services in the
Empowering Dads program. I am currently the ‘Priest-in-Charge’ by Episcopal appointment for Trinity Anglican Church in Pagosa Springs while that congregation searches for a new pastor. I received degrees from Gordon College in South Hamilton, Massachusetts, University of Colorado in Boulder and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Wenham, Massachusetts. My accreditations and community involvement include 3 units of Chaplaincy Certification thru Hope West, a Board Member of the Coalition for Suicide Prevention and Awareness, a Board Member for Haven House Transitional Housing, Founding Board Member for Life Choices Pregnancy Center and an ordained Presbyter in the Anglican Church in North America. My most valued accreditation is 40 years of marriage to my lovely wife, Marla, who gave me four great kids that make me very proud… Daniel, Jared, Andrea and Marshall who have in turn
blessed me with 10 rambunctious, just a little naughty grandchildren. When I’m not working on my wife’s endless honey-do list I can be found working on my golf game at the Black Canyon Golf Course.
